AMBASSADORS:

Our Ambassadors bring it all to life!

WE NEED YOU!

Ambassadors a core component of our onsite efforts, as you’re often one of our first representatives to the event. You need to be outgoing, a good communicator, and a true believer in live concerts and festivals!

On the day of show, our Ambassadors meet their Field Team Leader to receive orientation and training. LiVEwirz  Ambassadors join us before doors open and work until the headliner leaves the stage. You are part of the organization, and you have missions, but when you are tired and need to breathe, you are entitled to some comfort (toilets, rest area, meals) away from the crowd. All ambassadors receive details about their position via email prior to the show.

The main responsibility of a LiVEwirz Ambassador is to approach people and ask “Are you logged into LiVEwirz?” and then assist them as they signup. The people and the atmosphere are always cool. It is important to smile at all times.

ADDITIONAL AMBASSADOR TASKS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Selling LiVEwirz merchandise at tables at the events.

  • Helping get things to/from the truck at the venue.

  • Assisting the VIP Team.

  • Assisting in the set up of the tables, stands, lighting, or set design.

  • Encouraging fans to cheer along.

The first step is to fill out a volunteer application!

Also, please note that there is always the off-chance spots will be canceled due to weather, show cancellations, and other unanticipated events beyond our control. LiVEwirz reserves the right to revoke the opportunity to to be an Ambassador at anytime.
