Get ready! Lights, camera, action!!

Congrats on becoming a WiRElead!

Here you'll find more information to help you host a concert or festival for us, and we hope it is the first of many!

You primary point of contact is always your Field Team Leader, they will provide you with exact details of where, when, etc. at least 1 week prior to the show so you can prepare. Important: When your Field Team Leader contacts you, please confirm your availability immediately. (We require 72 hours notice for any cancellations in order to find a replacement WiRElead.) After you have confirmed, you will receive a host package including: x1 lanyard, x2 t-shirts, x10 stickers, and x1 LiVEwirz prop mic.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BROADCAST AT LEAST 5 TIMES DURING THE DAY OF THE SHOW INCLUDING:

  • Opening/intro/concert prep

  • Drive or commute to venue

  • Tailgating / Fan Q&A

  • Venue Entry

  • Post show wrap-up and thanks.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • ALWAYS BE EARLY TO EVERY EVENT!!

  • Take pics & video of yourself wearing our lanyards and tag us (you will receive them several days in advance).

  • Approach fans wearing our lanyards first.

  • Capture extra B-roll with unique framing and angles.

  • Remember to Sign on & Sign off with "Live at __(VENUE/ARTIST)___, this is ___(YOUR NAME)___ for LiVEwirz."

  • If you are invited to soundcheck, lunch, or any other pre-show event always be early!

  • If you are invited backstage or to an afterparty, always be early! (Get the idea?)

  • Tail-gating is an excellent time to get footage and song requests (see some helpful examples below).
